Its potential:  Continuous leak test line
For production lines up to 60 vehicles/hour, 7 days / 24 hours of operation

Features:

• PVC or Stainless steel water spray cabine
• Stainless or mild steel drying cabine with two layer of sound isolation
• Galvanized mono or double slat conveyor made with a special maintenance-free chain
• Water treatment zone includes auto-flush filters, water softeners, anti-bacterial device
• Inverter controlled pumps in order to adjust water flow via operator panel
• Two auto-switching pumps to ensure 7days/24hours operation in case of a breakdown
• One pressure regulator per header in order to support different nozzle brands or customer specifications
• Analogic pressure sensor for feed-back to controller
• Ultra-sonic water level detector
• Water consumption visible via operator panel
• Servo-controlled blower positioning system to follow the shape of the car (Y and Z axis)
• Sound barriers in drying cabine for minimum noise output
• Security according to the European and the Russian standard
